Brevard boys, North’s Byrd qualify for 2-A state meet

PDF Brevard junior Tommy Connell, the WNC Athletic Conference champion, led the Blue Devils to a third-place finish at the 2-A West Regional cross country meet on Saturday at Murrays Mill in Catawba. Connell ended up in fifth place with a time of 17:29.
