55 race too close to call?

Not even the eye of a hawk could determine the winner of the boys 55-meter dash at the Asheville Polar Bear meet.

The fight for first place in Thursday’s race was as close as a bear cub is to a mother bear.

Meet officials had a tough time  determining who won the race, as three runners appeared to cross the finish line at the same time.

Asheville’s Kris Lordman and Hendersonville teammates, Tristen Endaya and Cameron Hill  registered identical times of 6.5 seconds.

But video evidence shows differently. Pay close attention to the video below.

From the looks of it, Endaya appears to be the event winner.

Slowed by a bad start, Endaya, used his upper body strength to propel through the line. Too close to call?
